Saat Internet mati...

Hari Kamis, 10 September 2009 telepon tiba tiba mati...

Sering banget sih disini, dan herannya selalu hari kamis matinya, jum' atnya lapor dan sabtu udah balik lagi sih.

Nah... selamat internet mati iseng bikin bootie ah..

Yang coklat ini dapet polanya dari buku jepang ngopy dari toko benang langganan. Do not ask about the book.... you know why...

Pake benang lokal Malaysia - Minlon warna coklat dan putih tulang.

Bikin topinya juga, harusnya ada tambahan depannya tapi disudahin ajalah biar buat model kayak kupluk aja. kayaknya sih kegedean kalo untuk bayi, soalnya di coba ma Ahmed kok pas.

Benang pake Minlon juga. Segulung benang bisa jadi sepasang bootie dan satu topi ini, sisa dikit.

Lumayanlah gak ada internet bisa gak nongkrong depan kompie terus....

Browm Crochet Top

Started 3rd week of August and finished yesterday...

Using 6 and 1/2 balls of Schachenmayr nomotta Micro from coats and clover hook 4mm

The pattern is from Japanese Let's knit series, Spring and Summer 2008 edition.

I like the crochet or knit top but sometimes I feel uncomfortable wearing this, but I do enjoy crocheting them.

Still have many projects to continue....

and yeah... my crocheting is much faster than my knitting....

Bolero for my niece

It's been long time since my last post....

Well, from mid july to mid august we back to Indonesia for holiday. We visited Surabaya, Bojonegoro, Malang, Yogya, and Mount Bromo, and we also went to Pangkal pinang in Bangka Island. It's was so fun....!!

I did not do much crafty thing during that time, but I finished this bolero for my niece...

Using WSS thread from Thalenta and clover hook 3,5 mm

the pattern is from japanese magazine so very sorry I can not tell you the name...

Ok, now the children are back to school again and I think it's time to continue my projects. I do have so many WIP projects to finished . . . . ..

Granny exchange - received....

Finally I received my granny exchange from Zarina, thank you so much...
I don't mind waiting so long for this gift coz what Zarina made are very beautiful, I like them..





It should be a tea cozy and a pair of coaster, but since I don't have tea pot I make it as a bag....!!
Zarina has added the lining so I just sew the handle and... voila.. it's a bag now..
Hope you don't mind Zarina.. and I hope your right foot will get better soon...

Needles and Crafts - Bookmark exchange

Received these lovely bookmark from Usha last week, but just saw it yesterday...
Thanks Usha, love them all.. especially the red crocheted rose. Think to make it as a brooch...

And those are my bookmarks for my secret partner, plan to send them tomorrow.

I make the yellow and pink BM with felt and put these cute small birdy and bunny. I bought the felt in Indonesia which are much cheaper than here in KL. And you can find these cute ornament in many shapes and colours in Pasar Baru Bandung.. yea.. Bandung has all you need....

The 3rd bookmark is crochet, using mix Indonesia Cotton Thread and 3mm clover hook.
Hope my partner like them......
