Cheese tapai and raisin cake

Found tapai singkong at the Chow Kit wet market yesterday. I know I still have some raisin in my refridge.


HHmmm.... I think this tapai and raisin will make a yummy cake, plus some cheese sure make this cake even better.




Here they are....



They're not stay there long since the boys like them much.

For me.... I enjoy this with a cup of coffee in this lazy afternoon.
